Remove cord for electrical supply.”UNPLUG LAMP!”
Remove the Lampshade.
Unscrew the small brass balls on each side of vase cap.
Lift up vase cap to access fixture (you may need to help feed the cord through the bottom base).
Change the light bulb (15 watt or 7-watt candelabra base light bulb).
Once the bulb is replaced, pull the lamp cord back through the bottom of the lamp. Pull it until tight (you will not be able to pull it to far, there is a stop in the cord).
Line vase cap with studs and replace.
Screw on brass balls (hand tight).

Supplies needed:

Small screw driver

15 watt or 7 watt candelabra base light bulb

Needle nose pliers are also handy

First remove cord for electrical supply."UNPLUG LAMP!"
Remove the top bulb.
Using a small screwdriver insert it between the bottom and top switch cover.
Pry up and remove the long switch cover.
Mark the wires and remove them for the switch.
Unscrew the bottom switch cover and slide over the wires.
Unscrew the nut and remove the harp wing, washer, and spacer. Unscrew the last nut, washer, and remove the large top plate.
There are two small screws holding down the cross bar which need to be removed. Pull the wire assembly up and out. Make sure that the base of the lamp is not sitting on the cord. Pull the assembly out until you can retrieve the bulb and replace it.
Once the bulb is replaced, pull the lamp cord back through the bottom of the lamp. Pull it as for as you can (you will not be able to pull it to far, there is a lamp knot is the cord).
Screw on cross bar and reassemble.
